At Gunay, our subscription service is designed to offer a seamless and elevated floral experience for your space, with carefully curated silk arrangements delivered on a consistent schedule.

Subscription Commitment

All subscriptions are based on a 12-month commitment.

By subscribing, you are reserving a continuous service that includes the preparation and allocation of arrangements tailored to your selected plan.

Early Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month period, an early termination fee will apply:

• Monthly Plans: Equivalent to 3 months of subscription fees
• Quarterly Plans: Equivalent to 1 full quarter (3 months) of subscription fees

This reflects the preparation, planning, and allocation of your subscription service.

Pre-Order & Arrangement Request

All subscriptions are handled as pre-orders.

To begin:

• You will submit a request for your preferred arrangement
• Our team will then contact you to:

  • Finalize arrangement details
  • Schedule your deliveries

Your subscription will only be activated once all details are confirmed.
