Each piece is carefully prepared and inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for ready-made arrangements and vases.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the delicate nature of our products, returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Preferences (Subscriptions)

Due to the bespoke and rotating nature of our subscription service:

  • Subscriptions are not eligible for return upon delivery
  • Arrangements are to be retained and will be collected during your next scheduled monthly or quarterly refresh
  • Arrangements cannot be exchanged based on preference or design

Each piece is part of a curated experience, not a fixed product selection.

  • The experience is based on curation and discovery, not selection

If you have specific preferences (such as color tones or style), our team will do their best to consider them during onboarding.
