To preserve the quality and appearance of your arrangement, we recommend the following care guidelines:

• Placement

​ ​Keep your arrangement indoors and away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and heat sources. Prolonged exposure may affect the color and longevity of the materials over time.

• Dusting

​ ​Gently remove dust regularly using a soft feather duster, microfiber cloth, or cool air from a hairdryer.

• Handling

​ ​When moving your arrangement, always hold the vase from its base. Avoid pulling or compressing the flowers excessively to help maintain their natural shape and styling.

• Water

​ ​Our silk arrangements do not require water. Unless otherwise specified, the ceramic vases are decorative and are not intended to hold water.

• Styling

​ ​Over time, some stems may naturally shift during transport. You may gently reshape the arrangement by hand to achieve your preferred styling.

For subscribed customers, arrangements are professionally refreshed according to your selected delivery schedule. Whenever possible, please retain the original packaging for collection or replacement purposes.
